Photoshoot Policy

Booking & Payment
A $30 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your session. This deposit counts toward your total session price. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule and transfer your deposit to a new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice requires a new $30 deposit. If you cancel your session, your deposit will not be refunded.

Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions
Sessions end at the original scheduled time. Arriving late reduces your available shooting time. Clients who miss their session without showing up or contacting me must pay a new $30 deposit to book again.

Outfits
You may wear as many outfits as your session time allows. All outfit changes count toward your booked time, so please arrive ready to begin.

Photo Selection & Delivery
You will receive a proof gallery to choose the photos included in your package. Your final edited photos will be delivered within 7–10 calendar days after you submit your selections. Only edited photos are provided; unedited photos and RAW files are not included.

Additional Photos
Additional edited photos are $20 each. You may also purchase the entire proof gallery, fully edited, for an additional $200.

Weather
If bad weather affects an outdoor session, you may reschedule and transfer your deposit, even with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Photographer Cancellations
If I need to cancel your session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of all payments made, including your $30 deposit.
